Justin Barrett
Chief Executive Officer
Justin is an enrolled member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. He has tribal government experience overseeing tribal government finances, grants, and tribal enterprise finances. His gaming experience has been in casino operations, compliance, regulatory, and revenue audit. Justin has worked in tribal and commercial gaming operations. He has opened four (4) casinos in his career. In 2022 Justin received to Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Chairman’s Award and the NexGen Under 30 – Hospitality Award.
Billie Dann
Chief Operating Officer
Billie has served as a Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Casino Controller, Director of Compliance, Cash Operations Manager, Slots Management, and F&B Management. She has opened seven (7) casinos in her career. As a successful casino executive Billie has led multiple casino openings and project management teams. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of casino management, cash management, and accounting systems.
